These appointments are for our LIHEAP program only. You can find information about our LIHEAP program under the Services menu or by clicking HERE. A person wanting to apply for another program services, please call the Tazwood office near you. 

 

Please note if you schedule a phone appointment, you will be calling us on the day of your appointment.
