CSBG Scholarship Application

Tazwood Community Services, Inc. is currently accepting applications for customer's to continue their education. Customers must meet CSBG income guidelines, be enrolled in an accredited college, university, or trade school for least 6 semester hours, and maintain a "C" average in each class.

Applications will be accepted through close of business on Friday, June 26, 2026.

Customers can download and print the application below to apply. Customers without access to a printer are encouraged to contact either the Pekin or Peoria office to have a copy of the application packet either mailed to you, or available for you to pick up at the office at your convenience. We applaud your commitment for higher education and thank you for taking the time to apply for our Scholarship Assistance program.
